Scheduling & Cancellations Policy
Each Touch of Cotton session is reserved with care and intention to provide a truly personalized experience. To honor the time and preparation dedicated to your service, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations.
Cancellations made between 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged the full session rate.
Cancellations made between 24-48 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure that the next client receives their full experience.
